Beale Park

A unique, 45 year old Thames-side charity, which is home to an amazing collection of birds including swans, owls, parrots and pheasants but also boasts a narrow gauge railway with a steam engine, huge adventure playground and sand pits, two children's splash pools, goats, ponies, a 'hands-on' pets corner and deer park, Piggery, raised flamingo walk, new restaurant, a gift shop and much more. There are Thames boat trips in the summer, many acres of lawns and gardens for picnics, sculpture, ponds and fountains plus the National collection of Model Boats (view on request). Also Nature Trails, holiday events and activities and excellent river and lake fishing. All this set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Bucklebury Farm Park 

Opened in 1992, the park is home to red deer and wallabies and a selection of farm animals, with the added attractions of tractor trailer rides, an adventure playground

Look Out Discovery Park

A favouritye children’s attraction and voted 14th out of 50 by the Independent in it's "The 50 Best Spring Days Out in Britain". The park offers a feast of fun activities on scientific themes as well as adventure playgrounds and the chance to enjoy tranquil woodland tracks on a hired mountain bike.

Runnymede

Historic meads on the banks of the Thames are the site where the Magna Carta, the great charter of English liberties, was sealed by King John in June 1215. Also there are  memorials to President  J F Kennedy and to RAF airmen killed in the second world war who have no known graves.

Savill & Valley Gardens

Trilakes Country Park

A children's zoo with a large variety of animals including chipmunks, goats, miniature horses, rabbits, donkeys, pigs and sheep, is set around 18 acres of picturesque lakes

Wellington Country Park

350 acres of park and woodland providing an ideal venue for a family outing. You can explore the nature trails around the lakes, hire a row boat in season, fish the well-stocked lakes and enjoy the Adventure Playground and the snakes and Ladders play area. There is a sand pit, Animal farm, Miniature Railway and a water Play area.

Windsor Great Park

Set in 5,000 acres of the Surrey and Berkshire countryside stretching from Windsor Castle to the north and Ascot to the south. It has  varied landscape and sweeping deer lawns, woods, coverts and huge solitary ancient oaks, the park abounds in wildlife.
