Lincolnshire Wolds Railway

The only standard guage steam railway in Lincolnshire open to the public. The location is part of the original Great Northen Railway, which opened in 1848. Now the line has been extended towards North Thoresby and are continuing to lay more track as money allows

Railtours operate around the iron and steel making plant of Corus on a restored steam locomotive. Guides are on hand to explain the making of iron and steel and see red-hot steel being rolled in the mills
