The Pottery is located at High Marishes, turn off the A169 between Malton and Pickering
and follow signs to High Marishes and Thornton le Dale. The Pottery is at the first farm on the right.
Sophie has converted redundant farm buildings into a thriving pottery. Here you will find an exciting
range of colourful, functional stoneware pots. The pots are all hand decorated with rich coloured
glazes.
Small provincial theatre with a lively programme of events
The craftshops, include weaving, pottery, paper-making, knitting, jewellery,
horticulture, woodwork, music and drama and 3-dimensional work (including Felting and Mosaic).
These produce wonderfully creative crafts that make unique gifts which can be found on sale in the
workshops and gallery.

different types of Lavenders and Herbs growing, raised beds make easy viewing for all
