Hartshill Hayes Country Park
The country park, covering 137 acres of woodland and open hilltop has magnificent views across
the Anker Valley. Opened by Warwickshire County Council with assistance from the Countryside Agency in 1978,
the species rich woodlands have been traditionally managed which has led to the site receiving the Forestry
Authority’s ’centre of excellence’ award

Hatton Country World
Consisting of two unique attractions side by side. The Shopping Village at Hatton Country
World is home to 25 craft and specialist gift shops, an Antique Centre with 20 dealers and The Outlet. All
housed in a charming cluster of converted Victorian farm buildings, the perfect place for those unique and

Hidcote Manor Garden 
A National Trust Property found at Hidcote Bartrim, 8 miles south of Stratford-upon-Avon.
Internationally renowned, this memorable garden is, in reality, a series of smaller gardens, each with its
own special atmosphere. Hidcote is famous for rare shrubs, trees, herbaceous borders and ’old’
roses.

Hill Close Victorian Gardens
Once, the prosperous tradesmen of Warwick took their recreation in these just-out-of-town
private gardens, surrounded by high hedges and decorated with delightful summer houses. Now cleared from
dereliction by devoted volunteers, these charming relics of Victorian times await the funding for full
restoration. In the meantime visitors are welcome to share the experience of the abundant old
varieties.

Kingsbury Water Park
This delightful country park is made up of 130 acres of woodland, whilst the water park
consists of 30 lakes and pools in 620 acres of landscaped countryside.

Ragley Hall Gardens
The Warwickshire home of the Marquess and Marchioness of Hertford, is set in 27 acres of
beautiful formal gardens. There are some 20 acres of gardens surrounding the Hall, consisting of mature
woodland with a variety of formal and managed features. In 1912 the house and gardens were abandoned and over
the next 30 years nature was not long in reclaiming the grounds. The 8th Marquess and Marchioness of Hertford
re-occupied the house in the 1950’s and the gardens have been steadily developed.
